Design for web- problem conclusion

After recent experiments trying to rectify my sizing issues I've decided to knock my entire website up by 25px. Although it doesn't fully rectify the sizing problem any further would compromise my design, therefore the website will have to be viewed in full screen to fully work it's better that shifting everything around for my layout not to be uniform.
